Turn platform document types on in Settings → Document Library. Each active type gets its own magic-link slot, template bundle, and requirement rules — from ACORD 25 certificates through endorsement forms, W-9s, operating authority, and MCS-90 filings.
Only types that apply to your workflow appear in the library. Limo and affiliate networks see affiliate agreements and shared motor-carrier documents; trucking orgs also see cargo insurance, vendor agreements, and endorsement forms used in broker vetting programs.
