Bolt COI is a certificate of insurance compliance platform for motor carriers, brokers, limo networks, and affiliate programs. We help operators collect COIs, review coverage, track expiration, and vet third parties before dispatch.
Who we are
Bolt COI is built by Aleksifa Digital, a product studio based in Serbia, Europe. We focus on vertical software where paperwork, deadlines, and trust matter — starting with insurance compliance for transportation operators.
Our team works closely with compliance managers and operations leaders who are tired of chasing certificates over email and reconciling spreadsheets before every dispatch decision.
What we believe
COI compliance should not require carriers to create another login. Collection should be mobile-friendly, review should be explainable, and portfolio status should be visible before something expires.
